Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center has scheduled its final H1N1 flu vaccination clinic for Cotton-O'Neil and PediatricCare patients.
The clinic will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Dec. 16 at the Cotton-O'Neil Heart Center, 929 S.W. Mulvane.
Criteria will be expanded to Cotton-O'Neil and PedatricCare patients 6 months of age and older. Children 9 years old and younger are due for a second dose of the vaccine if they received their first dose on or before Nov. 17.
To receive the vaccine, patients must not be experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
Vaccine information sheets and consent forms are available on www.stormontvail.org. Those receiving the vaccine are asked to bring a completed form with them to help make for more efficient wait time.
Should the vaccine supply run out before noon, a message will be posted on www.stormontvail.org and the Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center flu information line at (785) 354-6789.
