From Topekans in Support of Public Transporation, March 2010

Topekans In Support of Public Transportation is a broad coalition that seeks to create a sustainable, inclusive public transportation system which:
To make this happen, we will hold a public forum on, Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at the Big Gage Shelter House (located in Gage Park next to the Zoo) from 1 to 4 pm, to give people an opportunity to share their views. The forum will shape future grassroots efforts to implement a sustainable, inclusive public transportation system and secure long term investment through a variety of funding options. (If you plan to attend please RSVP to Jeannine at 233.4572)
We need input from business owners, workers, students, seniors, people with disabilities, environmentalists, cycling enthusiasts, policymakers and anyone else with ideas for making public transportation an integral part of our community.
For more information or to RSVP contact Jeannine at 233.4572.
